By accessing, registering on, or using any service offered by 777v (the "Platform"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions (the "Terms"), our Privacy Policy, and any additional rules or guidelines published on the Platform from time to time. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and 777v with respect to your use of the Platform.

If you are using the Platform on behalf of a business or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms. If you do not have such authority, or if you do not agree with these Terms in their entirety, you must not access or use the Platform in any capacity.

Your continued use of the Platform following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. 777v recommends that you review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any changes.

To register and use the 777v Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. 777v enforces a strict minimum age requirement. Players aged under 21 are not permitted to register, deposit funds, place bets, or participate in any game or promotion on the Platform.
• You are accessing the Platform voluntarily and for personal entertainment purposes only.

• You do not have an existing account on the Platform that has been suspended or permanently closed by 777v for any reason.

777v reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time, including government-issued photo identification (such as a National Identity Card, passport, or driving licence) and proof of date of birth. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals.

To access real-money betting and gaming features on 777v, you must create a registered account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.

One account per person: Each individual may hold only one active account on the Platform. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — constitutes a breach of these Terms. All duplicate accounts will be closed, and any balances or bonus funds held within them will be forfeited.

You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. 777v strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) to further protect your account.

You must notify 777v immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account, or if your login credentials have been compromised. 777v will not be liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.

• Use a strong, unique password that you do not use for any other service.
• Never access your 777v account from a shared or public device without logging out afterwards.
• Review your account transaction history regularly to identify any suspicious activity.
• Keep the contact details associated with your account (email address, mobile number) up to date at all times.

777v accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following approved payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All account balances are maintained and displayed in BDT. 777v does not apply any internal currency conversion charges.

Deposits: Deposits are credited to your account in real time following successful confirmation from your payment provider. Minimum deposit amounts may apply and are displayed at the point of transaction. 777v does not charge fees on deposits, however your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges — please consult your provider's terms for details.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, in accordance with 777v's anti-money-laundering obligations. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳200. Withdrawals are subject to the completion of identity verification (KYC) requirements. Once approved, eligible withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are typically processed within an average of 15 minutes, though processing times may vary during peak periods.

• You may only withdraw funds that represent genuine winnings from real-money wagering activity or verified deposits.
• Withdrawal of bonus funds is subject to the applicable wagering requirements described in Section 5.
• 777v reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on any withdrawal request before processing.
• Withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment methods not registered to the account holder are strictly prohibited.

777v is not liable for delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers, banking infrastructure issues, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

All promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions that are published alongside each offer. In the event of any conflict between the specific promotion terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

Wagering requirements: Bonus funds credited to your account are subject to wagering requirements (also referred to as rollover or playthrough requirements) before they become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable multiplier for each promotion is stated clearly in the relevant promotion terms. Until the wagering requirement is met, bonus funds and any winnings derived from them cannot be withdrawn.

• Bonuses are available to one account per household, IP address, device, and payment method.
• Attempting to claim a bonus using multiple accounts constitutes bonus abuse and is a breach of these Terms.
• 777v reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus or associated winnings if it determines, in its sole discretion, that the bonus was obtained fraudulently or in breach of these Terms.
• Bonuses expire if not used within the period specified in the relevant promotion. Expired bonuses are forfeited automatically.
• 777v reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.

All bets placed on 777v are subject to the specific rules applicable to the sport, market, or game type in question. These rules are published within the relevant sections of the Platform. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and accepted the applicable rules for that market or game.

Bet acceptance: A bet is not confirmed until 777v has issued a bet confirmation reference. In the event of a technical failure or communication error that prevents a confirmation from being issued, the bet will be considered void. 777v reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any bet at its sole discretion, including in cases where the stake exceeds applicable limits or where 777v reasonably suspects irregular betting activity.

• Minimum and maximum stakes: Minimum and maximum bet amounts apply to all markets and are displayed at the point of bet placement. 777v reserves the right to adjust these limits for individual accounts.
• Errors in odds: If a bet is placed at odds that were published in error, 777v reserves the right to void the bet and return the stake to the player's account.
• Live betting: In-play bets are subject to additional rules, including time-of-acceptance restrictions. A bet placed on a live event will be settled based on the state of play at the time the bet was accepted, not the time it was submitted.
• Void bets: A bet may be declared void in circumstances including event cancellation, abandonment, the withdrawal of a key participant prior to the event, or force majeure. Voided bets are returned as stake to the player's account.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 777v Platform. Engaging in any of the conduct listed below constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all funds held in the account, without prejudice to any other remedies available to 777v:

• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any other technology to place bets or interact with the Platform in a non-human manner.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in poker, table games, or any other multi-player format.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities to generate profits or gain any advantage over the Platform.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, insider information exploitation, or suspicious betting patterns across related or correlated markets.
• Laundering money or conducting any financial transaction on the Platform that is connected to criminal activity.
• Creating or operating a duplicate account for the purpose of circumventing a suspension, self-exclusion, or bonus restriction.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.
• Impersonating another player, 777v employee, or any other individual in communications or account activity.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any software or system underlying the Platform.

777v employs advanced fraud detection and risk management systems that monitor all activity on the Platform in real time. Accounts exhibiting patterns consistent with prohibited conduct are flagged for immediate review. Players found to be in breach will not receive advance notice before action is taken.

All content on the 777v Platform — including but not limited to the 777v name and logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, data feeds, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of 777v or its licensed third-party providers. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any part of the Platform without prior written permission from 777v.
• Create derivative works based on Platform content or design.
• Use the 777v name, logo, or branding in any external communication, website, or publication without written authorisation.
• Frame or mirror any portion of the Platform on any other website or application.

Third-party game content available on the Platform (including games supplied by Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi) remains the intellectual property of the respective providers and is subject to those providers' separate licensing arrangements with 777v.

777v is committed to protecting your personal data. The collection, use, storage, and sharing of personal information submitted through the Platform is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By creating an account, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

777v does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free of errors, or that any defect will be corrected. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance periods, third-party outages, or force majeure events may result in temporary unavailability.

• 777v is not responsible for internet connectivity issues on your end that prevent access to the Platform or affect the outcome of a live bet.
• 777v is not liable for losses resulting from your failure to comply with these Terms, including losses arising from prohibited conduct.
• 777v's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.

You may close your 777v account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Upon receipt of a closure request, 777v will process any eligible remaining balance to your verified payment method, subject to outstanding wagering requirements and identity verification status.

777v reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Engagement in prohibited conduct as described in Section 7.
• Account inactivity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months or more.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder under our Responsible Gaming policy.

Upon termination for breach, 777v reserves the right to retain any balance in the account as partial compensation for damages caused by the breach. Termination does not affect any rights or obligations that accrued prior to the termination date.

777v reserves the right to update, amend, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, 777v will notify registered players via the email address associated with their account and/or through a prominent notice on the Platform. The updated Terms will indicate the date of the most recent revision at the top of the document.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any revision constitutes your binding acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure as described in Section 11.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to 777v's operating jurisdiction. By using the Platform, you agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation in the first instance.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days of either party raising it in writing, the parties agree to pursue resolution through binding arbitration in accordance with internationally recognised arbitration procedures. The language of arbitration shall be English.

Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent irreparable harm pending the resolution of a dispute.

Players are solely responsible for determining whether their use of the Platform is lawful under the laws of their own jurisdiction. 777v makes no representations regarding the legality of online gambling in any specific location. Use of the Platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited is entirely at the player's own risk.
